岗位概述:

1、接受上级的领导，负责面点间的各项工作。岗位职责:

2、负责同点切配，拌制各种生熟点心馅料工作;nunnnnL

3、自觉钻研业务，不断提高点心馅料口味和质量，掌握数量规格，保证按时供应;

4、注意个人和岗位和环境卫生对质量卫生不合格的馅料按规定及时处理;

5、负责煎炸烤类点心的烹调工作;

6、熟悉和掌握本岗设备、工具的使用方法，并进行维护和保养;

7、合理使用原料，严格控制成本;
